Dear Men,
I’m not here to teach you how to be a man — you already are one. I’m here to help you remember that. To remind you that strength doesn’t mean hardness, and that leading doesn’t mean closing off. We’ll work on how you show up — not by force, but through presence.
I teach by being in relationship with the room — through presence, honesty, and laughter.
My work lives where awareness meets real life: where stillness meets the everyday, and where connection becomes the lesson.
