Manifesto
Each and every one of us are individually complex and abstract bodies of art, yet vastly interconnected on one canvas. Our hearts hold thousands of stories, each story or creation holds incredible medicine for you and ultimately for all.
When's the last time you gazed into the museum of artwork that lives within your heart? I would love to walk through this museum with you. I can walk through the depths of your heart holding the flame that illuminates your path home. I can prime your canvas, activating the foundation of your body's spirit. However it is all up to you, so how deep do you want to go?

Every practice, every curriculum, every teaching, every art piece I have to offer you is rooted in the intention of bringing you into a relationship with your body. It is why I love being a student of the TEA House and why I love being a provider here too. As Lover Girls this is what we study and this is what we devotedly practice.
